The websites www.watermoon.com, www.watermoon.ltd and www.slam.systems and related www.cloud.slam.systems, as well as the products created and developed from them under SLAM.SYSTEMS are the property of watermoon.communication GMBH, Feldstrasse 87, 8180 Bülach, Switzerland, and its subsidiary shenzhen watermoon.com ltd, No.3 Tongguan Road, Guangming New District, 518132 Shenzhen, China. This Privacy Policy is a part of and supplement to our Terms and Conditions with the aim and purpose of informing users about the scope, storage of data, and manner of our company culture. All requests and data will be handled with the utmost care and take all necessary steps to ensure their security.

1. personal data under slam.systems and cloud.slam.systems are required and stored for login and registration as licensee and user.   After registration or order we store your data, which are necessary for the fulfillment of the contracts, including payment data. These remain stored until you finally delete your access/account.

2. we assume that the consent and use with the application and registration was given to us. This consent is solely for its intended purpose and no data or information will be disclosed to third parties. For registration and use, we require a username and password and only your e-mail address, which is required to verify the identity and user authorization.

3. for the conclusion of the contract it is necessary that you provide us with your personal data for the handling and processing of your order. This data, including the data for payment processing will be stored throughout the contract period. Payment data will only be passed on to our bank service provider. Your address, payment and order data will be stored for a period of ten years to fulfill legal obligations.
